  • We begin by getting to know your team and its members through 1:1 interviews. The gathered information is synthesized and shared with the group to inform your team development plan and goals.

  • We sit in on your team's working meetings to use real-life challenges as opportunities for growth. When your team gets stuck, we'll pause the action to offer in-the-moment suggestions that become familiar, reliable tools for success.

  • To complement working meetings, we also have regular conversations with you as the team leader. You'll hone your ability to see strengths and development opportunities in yourself and your employees, gaining skills that help everyone bring their best – individually and as a team.

  • As we wrap up our work, we'll use quantitative and qualitative data to assess the team’s progress, celebrating the gains and cementing takeaways for future success.
